Par sawal wahi hai—kya ye rules sirf kagazo tak rahenge ya phir agle election season mein phir se wahi 'chalta hai' wala attitude dikhega? Aviation safety mein 'jugaad' ki koi jagah nahi honi chahiye, chahe plane mein koi aam aadmi ho ya desh ka bada neta.
